Actually, I've been taking it for over a year now. And, on the advice of my naturopathic doctor, I take a host of supplements already. However, after hearing that I had added Fatty15, she recommended that I now take 2 a day. So for the fact that I'm 74 years old (almost 75!) and have survived both breast and uterine cancer, I'm doing remarkably well and have more energy than most who are my age. I timed taking these 2 months before having blood work so I could compare. My liver enzymes were way off 2 months ago. They have changed dramatically! I am so impressed with Fatty c 15, my A1C also came down. I am on automatic delivery, it has passed my test so I will continue!!!
