Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any first-time orders of our 30-day Trial Kit or 90-day Starter Kit only. We do not offer a refund or return policy for our 6-month Supply or Annual Supply Kits or for any renewal or subsequent orders of our Supply or Starter Kits. All refund requests must be submitted to info@fatty15.com before the 30th day after the first purchase date.

For merchandise purchased via our Site, you may return unopened, unused merchandise within 30 days of the order date for such merchandise for a refund of the amounts paid for such merchandise, less any restocking fee. For clarity, merchandise does not include the 30-day Trial Kit, 90-day Starter Kit, and/or fatty15 supplement, or any orders thereof. 

If you desire to return any products, you may initiate a return and request a refund by contacting Customer Service at info@fatty15.com to obtain details on how to return the product. The fatty15 customer service team will respond and provide further instructions.

For return-eligible products, we will inspect the returned item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will have the choice to receive either a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
