I haven’t started my 3rd month yet and just when I was feeling like this wasn’t going to help me, amazing things are starting to happen. In the last week I can see differences in my mood (I am calmer), cognitive issues (can do administrative things quicker as well as not losing words), able to regulate my emotions better, skin and hair looks healthier, eyes feel less dry and clearer, my sleep is better, I am eating much better and not thinking about binging on ice cream 24/7! I hope things will continue to improve!

I highly recommend this product. I’m a 45 year old dad and I’m finishing up month 5 and I can say I just feel better better. I don’t know if this is supposed to help with blood pressure, but my blood pressure has dropped significantly. I stopped using fish oil and will take this for the rest of my life. I haven’t taken the plunge on MNM and resveratrol because I want more clinical trials. But as a lover of life, I wanna preserve this body until I’m 100 and crusty 🤓
