For me I want quick results and that is not what fatty15 is about. I took me about 3 weeks to start feeling really great! My sleep is what has changed so drastically. I really do feel so refreshed when I wake up...used to be before taking fatty15, I fell asleep tired and truly woke up the same way. I have a real sweet tooth and I have been trying to curve that but I tend to still eat sweets. I can work on that as time goes on. However, overall I have not been tense actually I feel "HAPPY" .
