How do I set up an account?
Activating your account is an important step to managing your fatty15 journey. Try our new passwordless login here to access your account.
To create an account, click this link, use the email address you originally used to purchase fatty15 and enter a password. It’s just that easy!
Do I have to set up a subscription?
While fatty15 is available as a subscription, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with your first order for the first 30 days, and you can cancel your subscription at any time, right from the account page.
Should you decide you are not ready for a subscription, we do offer a 90-day single purchase.
With the growing body of evidence supporting FA15™ as an essential fatty acid, we recommend taking fatty15 on an ongoing basis. We will continue to deliver refills of fatty15 to your doorstep so that you can keep up your healthy regimen, worry free.
How does the subscription work?
Fatty15 will come in a starter kit, containing everything you need to start improving your cellular health. In the fully recyclable (and dare we say inspiring) kit, you will receive a 90-day (3-month) supply of fatty15 capsules to be placed in your reusable glass bottle, as well as an educational insert. The starter kit has a 90 day supply because our studies support that fatty15 can take up to 3 months to achieve its initial health benefits.
For future orders, you will receive refill pouches delivered to your door. Your newly delivered cellular reinforcements (fatty15 capsules), can then be poured into your earth friendly, reusable glass bottle.
What if I want to change my ship date?
We have initially set up the auto-renewal dates for your subscription based on when you will need your replenishments (before you run out). Should you need to move your next order date, either move it up or back, you will first want to log into your account. Next, you will want to click the 'managed subscriptions' tab. Within here you can click 'edit' under the actions column. On the next screen you will see your next charge date (which is the date we will ship your next refill order). Click on 'Change next charge date' to make any modifications.
How do I change my order frequency?
Since we are a subscription only business, we set up the frequency for you to receive your refills on a recurring basis. Our goal is for you to receive your next refill order before you run out of the capsules you have now. We have set up those intervals based on both order processing and shipment times. If you do want to change that interval, you will first want to log into your account. Next, you will want to click the 'managed subscriptions' tab. Within here you can click 'edit' under the actions column. On the next screen you will see your delivery schedule (which is the frequency that we will ship your refill orders). Click on 'change delivery schedule' to make any modifications. Remember that this change would update all future refill orders.
